Terry is the co-founder of Charles Hollywood and has been in the industry for 35 years. He has brought together a team that is well respected in the marketing industry and has been responsible for building the brands of many of the regions top businesses. In his spare time Terry coaches one of Darlington's top junior football teams. Being an FA qualified coach he enjoys working at grass roots level. Terry is the first point of contact for many of our clients who trust him to maximize their business growth on a long-term sustainable basis.

Being the co-founder of Charles Hollywood, Shirley has shown a lot of people over the years how to succeed in business. She has a natural ability to form a true alliance with her clients and get the best out of her team at Charles Hollywood. Outside of work, she keeps family and friends entertained and keeps her two sons in line (most of the time). Many clients see Shirley not only as a colleague, but as friend to confide in during the ups and down of business life. After all, if Shirley can't make you smile, nobody can.
Liz Chapman

Liz has spent a successful career in
the media industry culminating in her appointment as Managing Director of a North East radio station. She joined Charles Hollywood as Business Development Director but her role has seen her do much more than that. She enjoys the face-to-face contact she has with clients who often comment on her commitment to achieving "the impossible". Being the wife of a golfer Liz has plenty of time to spend with her children and loves nothing more than walking her dog around the Darlington countryside.
Steve Gill
Technical Manager / Studio Manager

Steve was responsible for bringing the very first Mac computers and desktop publishing systems into Charles Hollywood. Our industry has changed immensely since then but thanks to Steve we are always a step ahead of our competition. Steve immerses himself into his role as Technical Manager, but also likes to contribute to the creative aspect of studio life. He is a keen 'mountain biker' (you have to be to start at 5am and never complain about punctures) and can answer any Star Wars question you care to throw at him.
Arron Stoutt

Arron has been with Charles Hollywood for over ten years and controls a very busy and extremely creative studio. He has experienced all aspects of design and marketing from drawing board and magic markers through to the latest computer generated artwork. He has a passion for motorcycles, illustration and football (and enjoys the roller-coaster ride of supporting Sunderland). His enthusiasm for design & marketing is as strong as ever (but don't ask him about typeface design, you could be there a long, long time!)

Gavin Burton

Gavin is a Creative Designer, working to improve the visual look of businesses everywhere. Originally from the small town of Boston in Lincolnshire (famous for being the name sake of Boston, Massachusetts) he moved to the North East in 2003. Outside of work Gavin is always fixing, sorry! driving his 1963 VW Beetle and is involved in the North East’s Angel VW Club. He is also interested in Stencil Art and creates his own t-shirts.
Nev Humphrey

Nev's main priorities include many tasks from the design and completion of POS for various clients through to utilising his DTP skills on a variety of artwork.
Nev joined Charles Hollywood in the days of the original Apple Macs, the times before e-mail and PDF’s, and when creating artwork took days and years off you. Things have definitely changed.
Outside of work Nev enjoys keeping fit, going out with friends, and is an avid Manchester United fan. He has a good taste in music (although we're not so sure), is a film buff and likes Italian food.
Andrew Griffiths

Andy joined the team in 2005 and has developed into a print-media specialist designing and producing newspaper and magazine advertisements for a broad selection of clients. His role allows him to work on both the design and artwork aspects within the studio.
Outside of work Andy is a fitness fanatic, with regular visits to the gym, swimming and playing 5-a-side.
Debbie Pinkney

Debbie controls the finance department and manages the day-to-day cashflow through the company. Her role at Charles Hollywood means she is always in contact with clients and staff who trust her implicitly to answer any queries they may have. The majority of Debbie's time outside work is taken up by her two daughters. According to her husband, Debbie is in the perfect job as she loves spending money and keeps fit by regularly walking around high street stores.
Michelle Holborn

Michelle enjoys a varied role within Charles Hollywood having handled a number of blue-chip clients accounts as well as several small businesses. Since joining Charles Hollywood she has stepped up from Admin Assistant to Account Handler and is now an integral part of the sales team. Michelle has enjoyed some of the world's most breathtaking scenery on her many travels and backpacked around Europe as a student. She cites Toronto as one of her favourite destinations, but says nothing matches the variety of food in New York.
Kellie Cooper

Kellie is a graduate from the University of Humberside and has rejoined Charles Hollywood after leaving to start a family. Kellie has natural organisational skill and her role allows her to get involved in a variety of duties. Having previously worked in the print industry, she specialises in large format print and display. She enjoys the face to face contact with clients who see Kellie's friendly and personable character as a real asset to the business. Kellie is also a qualified chef but most of her time outside of work is occupied by her 3 year old son and regular (well almost regular) visits to the gym.
Luke Ithurralde

Luke studied BA (Hons) Media Production and graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2005. He spent the next couple of years working in London in television production until he Joined Charles Hollywood and soon became an integral part of the administration team. He is a very organised and structured worker and enjoys being involved in a range of duties.
Luke has a passion for travelling and loves visiting new places. Other interests include going to the races and seeing concerts.
Andy Mogg

Andy graduated from the University of Bradford with a degree in Computer Science in 2003 and moved back to the North East of England to pursue his dreams.
His career history includes working as a Junior Web Developer in the Internet and Design Team at the Department for Work and Pensions where he was head-hunted by a local agency to head their expanding digital team.
Over the years he has worked on a number of creative and innovative web solutions and digital media.
When not at work he likes hiking and wild camping, country pubs with real ale, rugby, cricket, supporting the toon and growing chilli’s and exotic veg.
